Our warranties cover both manufacturing defects and workmanship, giving you the assurance that your roof is built to last.
Unmatched Wind Protection
Enjoy peace of mind with our robust wind protection warranties. For non-LayerLock-labeled shingles, we offer coverage for winds up to 130 mph with special installation. For LayerLock-labeled shingles, our WINDPROVEN Limited Wind Warranty provides protection with no maximum wind speed limitation. This requires the installation of LayerLock-labeled shingles (four nails per shingle) along with at least four qualifying accessory products, including Starter Strip Shingles (Eaves & Rakes), Ridge Cap Shingles, Roof Deck Protection, and your choice of Attic Ventilation or Leak Barrier.

Protect your roof from unsightly algae stains with our advanced algae protection warranties. As a GAF certified contractor, Soft-Touch Roofing can offer a 30-Year StainGuard Plus PRO™ or 25-Year StainGuard Plus™ Algae Protection Limited Warranty, both of which include a 15-year Non-Prorated Smart Choice® Protection period. This enhanced coverage surpasses the typical 10-year Smart Choice® Protection, providing you with longer-lasting protection against algae.
